No, Even if your ads doesn't make a sale or generate a visitor, you will still be paid for the ads posted.
Is there any Registration Charges?
In order to maintain our server, hosting, administration & delivery charges if any we only charge according to the Plan which is valid for 1 year, you don't need to pay extra for anything.
Maintenance and Administration Charges also includes in Registration:

» Hosting of our Website and Server.
