Member can access multiple earning concept integrated in single login portal by ADSPEED.ONLINE. Each concept has it's own terms and conditions.
Member has to work in WWW.ADSPEED.ONLINE and update the daily tasks after login.
Working & Payment methods will vary depending on the login you choose whether Adposting, Copy Paste, Url Job.
Rules applicable for minimum records:
a) User allowed to do data entry in Adposting, Url Job & Limited in Copy Paste per day for 12 months.
b) In Adposting & List Url Job Earning is Unlimited its depends on the work done by user, Maximum Payment and Minimum Payment will be as per selected Plan.
1. The User can start the Work by registering with provided plans, registration charges are non refundable for checking Q.C, allocating work, Bandwidth Charges, Support, Initial Training for 1 year as per the terms.
2. The User, 18 YEARS [OR ABOVE] OF AGE AND hereby, accept the opportunity of Adposting, Copy Paste, Url Job, without any External or Internal Pressure and opt Adposting, Copy Paste, Url Job to be executed only on, personal computer at home. I shall not get the work done from any outside commercial agency or individual. I have also gone through the terms of Offer, as described above (after having gone thoroughly in my full conscience) and acknowledge that I understand and agree to terms set forth here above voluntarily and willing and I am bound by the same.
3. The User accepts that at any circumstance the deposit amount is not refundable and transferable.
4. The User accepts that there is no rework for the job which has been submitted once.
5. ADSPEED cannot be held responsible for non-working occurred on account of natural calamity/ change in Law/Unforeseen circumstances. And no Claim/representation shall be entertained.
6. The User accepts that if his or her account is terminated or seized due to any reason(S) mentioned here, He/she shall not ask for any kind of refund from the company.
8. In Adsposting every sucessfull ad post Rs.4/- per record, In List url per successful ad post Rs.2.50/- per record and Rs. 0.60/- (sixty paisa) will be paid for properly typed sucessfull record in copy paste according to copy paste process terms. Record activated and accepted by Admin is termed as successful AD Post or Record.
9. User allowed to do unlimited data entry in Adsposting & Url Job, In Copy paste up to 100 records per day. If User fails to do the job on any particular day in copy paste the same will not be carried forward to the next day.
10. Every morning before 10am they will be getting payment for the previous days work, provided they have to reach the minimum payout in each work payout will be calculated seperately. We integrated three different earning work in single portal each concept has its own terms and payout rules so member have to reach minimum criteria in each work. If not the amount will be carried forward to the next day.
11. In Adsposting and Url Job No Accuracy parameters will be there, In Copy Paste Process: 96 - 100% accuracy is required to get full payment. If any error found in the copy paste entry, for each error 3% will be considered as error percentage, based on accuracy the payout will be made. Accuracy 96-100% - full payout, 86-95% - 80% of payout, 76-85% - 60% of payout, 65-75% - 40% of payout. Below 65% accuracy the payment will not be made and the agreement will be cancelled.
Adsposting Working Terms & Conditions
1. Login using your user id and password.
2. In working panel you will see subject and message. You need to copy that content and paste it in the 3rd party website link provided by admin in your panel.
3. After posting the ads in 3rd party website you need to copy the link from address bar of the ads displaying page and then paste it in your panel and submit it.
4. If the 3rd party website link is not available type error in your url submission field. For error submission records will be rejected. You will not get any money for rejected records.
5. For properly posted ads only will be activated by admin. For that particular activated record only client will get payment.
6. Each activated record you will get Rs.4/- Per Ad, If the record is not activated Member have to wait until activation, ADSPEED is not responsible for the pending records at end of this agreement period.
7. If the given subject, message, 3rd party website link, your ads posted link are not same your record will be rejected And if posted ad expired before Quality Checking that record will be rejected.
8. The ads should post in 3rd party website which given by admin. If you post ads in any other website that record will be rejected.
9. Member accepts that no dispute shall be entertained regarding Q.C (Quality Checking)
10. ADSPEED is not responsible for non-working of third party website and website changes.
List url Working Terms & Conditions
1. In working panel you will get work message Eg: COPY FREE CLASSIFIEDS WEBSITE URL FROM GOOGLE YAHOO BING SEARCH AND PASTE.
2. You need to search according to work message Eg: free classified websites from Google or any other search engine and paste it in given field.
3. Once if you submit one url and then you can't submit the same url in your panel.
4. Per Url Member will get Rs.2/- Member can submit unlimited Url's. Once the Url is verified and activated for that particular record only member getting Rs 2/-.
5. If anyone in our network submited the same url you can't submit once again it will shows error message while pasting the url. In Internet in One Concept you can get unlimited Url's
6. Don't add www. Or https:// in front of url. To avoid this copy it in notepad and remove https:// and www. Paste it.
7. Don't add any (/) in end of the url (eg. demo.in/) if any url extension found it will reject (eg. Http://demo.in/aboutus.php)the url should like this (e.g. demo.in)
Copy Paste Working Terms & Conditions
1. Per day allowed to enter data up to 100 records. Rs. 0.50/- (sixty paisa) will be paid for properly typed record. The user can earn as per the selected plan while registering for the period of 12 months.
2. More than this will not be paid. Less than this or remaining data will not be carried forward.
3. If you achieves 65% accuracy and above for each and every month then only the user eligible to continue the work.
4. Entering data in all fields are must, (Name, Address, City, State, Pincode & all fields are must).
5. Rs. 0.50/- (sixty paisa) will be paid for properly typed record. The user can earn as per the selected plan while registering for the period of 12 months.
6. User allowed to do data entry up to 100 records per day. If user fail to do the job on any particular day the same will not be carried forward to the next day.
Administrative charges 15% will be deducted from payout. The court in Hyderabad alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction as regards any claims or matters arise in out of dealings with ADSPEED, and all disputes will be governed by laws of INDIA. All Rights reserve with Company (ADSPEED). The User accepts and agrees to be bound by the side terms and conditions and to any changes made therein from time to time by ADSPEED at its sole discretion with the notice to the 2nd Party.
The User agrees that they have no objection to terminate account for any kind of illegal activities. The ADSPEED is not responsible for non-working of 3rd Party links server or 3rd party website.
1.Grammatical mistakes found that record will be rejected. Executives must work themselves. They cannot employ/ hire individuals to work on their behalf. All new members must read the IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS given in the website/overleaf before starting the work. Multiple logins will not be permitted and the posted records in multiple logins will not be paid (Multiple logins means - Two or more members login into the website at a time with the same username and password). If Multiple logins accrued User account will be locked. To release the lock user should send E-Mail to myadspeed@gmail.com after the mail sent it would take minimum 24Hrs to activate your account. It continues more than three times user account will be terminated without any prior notice.
2. WORKING ONLINE: All work assigned to Executives has to be carried out ONLINE. It is advisable to have your own PC at home with INTERNET connection. Those who do not have PC’s at home may work from any Internet cafe. Expenses incurred on Internet facility have to be borne by the Executives themselves.
3. TRAINING: We have an online training page in our website. You can gain access to the online training page using the username / password demo/demo. Live Demo available in website.
4. EARNINGS: No monthly stipend/ Salary is paid to Executives. Executives are eligible to receive the following Payments on a daily basis, based on the number of records posted by them correctly (for only activated records).
c. TERMINATION OF WORK: The Management reserves the right to terminate the work of any Executive. If the executives disregards/violates the company Terms & Conditions or when the executive is not taking active interest in the work for more than 10 days. If your account has been inactive of any 10 days, your account will be deleted and there is no claim for payment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ADSPEED shall not be liable for any special indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages relating to the participation or inability to participate in the Service.
ADSPEED is not responsible for damages or losses that result from participating or inability to participate in the Service, or reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through the Service.
You acknowledge and agree that ADSPEED neither endorses the contents of advertisements or third parties' web sites, nor assumes responsibility or liability for the accuracy of material contained therein, or any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising there from, or any fraud or other crime facilitated thereby.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, nor any of its parents, members, subsidiaries, service providers, licensors, officers, directors or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this agreement, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the service or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of user's transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if such party has been advised either expressed or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of services, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
ADSPEED disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the act of other members, or users including unauthorized users, or hackers of the service.
The 2nd party accepts that, Quality checking is done by technical officials of the company according to the time period. So User should not claim to done records immediately. It will done according to the technical officials & man power availability of the company. Because it is a Non-accuracy based unlimited job with 1 year validity according to the terms of the agreement
PARTICIPATION IN PROMOTIONS OF ADVERTISERS AND PARTNERS
Your correspondence with or participation in promotions of Service advertisers and partners, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the advertiser or partner. We assume no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence or promotion, including without limitation withdrawal or modification of any offer or promotion.
You understand that, in some cases, there may be a delay in the crediting of Points for promotions of advertisers or partners due to advertiser's or partner's failure to provide necessary information to us for the crediting of such Points. We will not be responsible or liable for the delay or failure to credit Points in such event.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY
You are not allowed to share your account with any other individual. Nor you are not allowed to transfer accounts to someone else.
Your membership will terminate immediately in the event of your death. Service accounts are not transferable upon death or otherwise by operation of law.
MODIFICATIONS
ADSPEED reserves the right to change this Terms and Conditions document. Current members will be informed by email, however it is also your responsibility to check this document periodically for any changes or modifications and you must not rely on e-mails as a sole source of information regarding this agreement or your membership. Your continued use of our website constitutes an affirmative acknowledgement by you of the Terms and Conditions and any subsequent modifications made to it and your agreement to abide and be bound by the Terms and Conditions document in its modified form.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the Service.

All notices given by us to you will be given by email, postal mail or by general posting on the Web site.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, expense, or damage, (including reasonable legal fees) made by
MISCELLANEOUS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the relationship between you and ADSPEED shall be governed by the laws of the State of Telangana without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and ADSPEED agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Hyderabad, Telangana.
This Agreement constitutes a complete and exclusive understanding between us and you relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications, and/or Advertising with respect to such subject matter provided that nothing in this Agreement seeks to limit or exclude any right either party may have in respect of fraudulent misrepresentation.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision by which ADSPEED excludes its liability to the Member), the enforceability of any other part of these Terms will not be affected.
The User agrees that they have no objection to terminate account for any kind of illegal activities.
